Chair – Justin Rajah
Purpose: The program selects students who show leadership and recognizes and rewards them for their efforts.
Activities/responsibilities: On the RYLA committee you have the opportunity to interview outstanding juniors in local high schools in January and then select some for Camp RYLA — a very intense and fun 3-day district wide leadership camp held each March. In May you’ll have lunch with those students whose lives are changed, listen to their experiences and receive a very moving thank you for the opportunity they’ve been given. Those who want more involvement can attend Camp as a facilitator.
