Robert is the President and CEO of Second Chance, a non-profit organization that offers programs for job readiness, life skills training, behavioral health and prisoner re-entry services, and relapse prevention and sober-living housing for adults and youth in need.

Robert is a native of England and has lived here in the US for the last 10 years.  He enjoys hiking Diamond Head on the island of Oahu, Hawaii every other weekend.  (This is possible to due to the fact that his wife Fran works for Hawaiian Airlines!)

Martha became CEO of the San Diego Symphony in October 2014 after a 35-year career at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra.

She addition to symphonic music, she loves to listen to artists across a wide range of genres— Queen, Frank Sinatra, Roberta Flack and Miles Davies.  And she loves line-dancing…although she doesn’t have any boots.
