Kathleen Carroll

Kathleen is a retired mental health clinician from the Department of Psychiatry at Kaiser Permanente, where she worked for 24 years.

She retired in 2015 after a 37-year career as a social worker so she could care for her mom.  (She says now she is learning how to be a nurse!)  She grew up in a Marine Corp family and is therefore looking forward to serving on our Military Affairs Committee.

Alison is a financial advisor with Waddell & Reed. She has been with the company since 1989.

Alison was a member of the Del Amo club in Torrance for 20 years, where she served on their board.  Her husband Miles is currently a member of the Del Mar club.  He and their two children, Brody and Shannon, are Paul Harris Fellows.  Alison is a three-time Fellow.

She has an interest in Rotary’s international and youth exchange programs.
