Trevor Blair

Trevor is the founder and owner of Blair Search Partners, LLC, a full-service recruiting firm that started as a division of Manpower West (owned by his father Phil Blair and Mel Katz.)

He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania, received an MBA from USC, and is a 2007 LEAD San Diego alum.

Trevor has competed in over 200 triathlons around the world, is a 10-time Ironman finisher and a 3-time Boston Marathon finisher. He is a avid yogi, barista and craft beer enthusiast.

Health Services-Autism

Allison is Founder and President of B.I.A.N.C.A, Inc., which stands for Be Involved, Act Now, Cure Autism.

B.I.A.N.C.A., formed in 2011, is a non-profit that make grants that benefit children struggling to cope with the affects of autism. It is a conduit for families coping with Autism Spectrum Disorders and provides services that enhance each child’s development, enabling autistic children to grow up to be a productive member of the community.

Bianca, her niece, was diagnosed with autism when she was 3 years old. Seeing the struggles that her sister had to go through to get help for Bianca, inspired Allison to help other children like her in San Diego get the help they need.

Luisa has been the co-owner and general manager for La Vista Memorial Park & Mortuary in National City for the last 10 years. La Vista is one of San Diego’s oldest and most historic cemeteries.
