The Taylor Guitars Story:
Founded in 1974 by Bob Taylor and Kurt Listug, Taylor Guitars is a leading manufacturer of acoustic guitars, employing over 900 people and crafting 700 guitars per day. Along with its commitment to quality guitars, the company is a pioneer in preserving the future of tonewood forestry; for this, Taylor was recognized with the 2014 Award for Corporate Excellence from the U.S. Department of State.
Barbara Wight will present the history of Taylor Guitars, and tell us what the company is doing today, and it’s plan for the future.
