Scott Carr – The History and Development of the Rotary Brand

Scott Carr had the honor of serving as our District Governor in 2017, while running his own marketing agency for lawyers and financial professionals. He has filled many positions within District 5340, including public relations chair. He handled marketing for the Millions For HOPE event, which raised over $30 million in bequests and direct contributions for the Rotary Foundation. He then pioneered a social media campaign in 2018 that drove Facebook followers for the District from just over 500 followers to more than 30,000.
Currently, Scott is the Director of Marketing and Community Relations for Klinedinst Attorneys, a business law firm with offices in 5 major markets across the West.
Scott will be speaking on the history and development of the Rotary brand, and how branding helps companies and organizations like ours create powerful messaging for current and future customers.
